Publication Opportunities

The conference operation department will submit accepted papers to either the IEEE Xplore digital library or the Science Journal of the University of Zakho (SJUOZ) for publication and indexing.

 Important Note:

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) in two cases:

If the paper is not presented at the conference or if its quality and findings are not well explored and convincing, IEEE will check this with all accepted papers.

Any accepted paper without presenting the work will be withdrawn from the conference proceedings (will neither be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library nor SJUOZ).
